Minimum qualifications:
  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:
  • 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective separately.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong people management skills and the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders (i.e., leaders, team members, administrative business partners).
  • Excellent forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions. Biased towards action and solution-minded. Adaptable to various engaging demands. Creative and willing to learn.
