Responsibilities
  • Lead the evolution of the analytics function by shifting the team's focus from fulfilling ad-hoc requests (reactive) to anticipating business needs, identifying trends, and uncovering new growth opportunities (proactive).
  • Act as an advisor to Play and Compute leadership. Manage, facilitate, and drive high-level business discussions, utilizing data to influence strategy, align cross-functional objectives, and achieve consensus.
  • Advocate a culture of data-based decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide a high-performing analytics team, fostering an environment focused on business impact, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement proactive operational models, leveraging advanced analytics to optimize performance, mitigate risks, and drive sustainable growth within the Play and Compute ecosystems.
