Were looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Project Closeout Specialist to manage the final stage of our roofing projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in the field, interacting with customers, and ensuring top-quality results.

What Youll Do

  • Coordinate Final Walkthroughs: Review completed jobs weekly and schedule customer visits
  • Ensure Quality: Verify materials and work match contract details in our CRM
  • On-Site Inspections:
    • Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners
    • Perform drone inspections (we can train the right person)
    • Handle minor cleanup (ex: missed nails, small touch-ups)
  • Customer Experience:
    • Share project photos using CompanyCam
    • Help customers leave positive Google reviews
  • Documentation: Upload signed Customer Satisfaction Forms (CSFs)
  • Final Payments: Collect and verify final payments match invoices
