Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of SMB sellers to acquire new Google Cloud customers, achieve team goals to maximize business growth by focusing on motivating, enabling and developing the team to be successful.
  • Manage the business operation to function at scale, prioritizing methods to operate more efficiently while maintaining high-touch customer engagement.
  • Manage a weekly forecasting cadence through detailed pipeline reviews. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against quarterly goals.
  • Coach, develop and maintain a high-performing culture that attracts and retains talent.
