About the Role:
Rue Gilt Groupe is seeking a digitally-led marketing professional to join our marketing team. As a Sr. Analyst, Growth Marketing, you will be a key driver of our mission to be the most engaging off-price style destination. You will lead initiatives to drive top-line growth through New Member acquisition, specifically focusing on the strategy and execution of our Google Shopping and Paid Search channels.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring you to partner with Technology, Product, Creative, and Merchandising teams to deliver measurable results. You will gain deep exposure to the intersection of Ad Tech and retail while solving complex business problems in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Scalable Growth & SEM Strategy
  • Deliver measurable growth in revenue and customer acquisition through expert management of Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search.
  • Optimize efficiency through structured testing, smart bidding, and strategic budget allocation to ensure we are leading, not following, in the SEM space.
  • Partner with Product teams to unlock incremental performance by improving our product feed strategy and data quality.

Data-Driven Impact & Analysis
  • Identify high-impact opportunities for growth by conducting deep-dive analyses of campaigns, products, and customer segments.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence high-level investment decisions.
  • Shift focus from standard platform KPIs to holistic business outcomes, ensuring every dollar spent drives long-term value.

Channel Innovation (SEO, GEO & Beyond)
  • Test into expansion opportunities across the full Google ecosystem, including YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, and Gmail.
  • Build future-ready channels by supporting visibility in AI-driven search (GEO) through improved structured data and content signals.
  • Bridge the gap between paid, organic, and AI visibility to establish emerging growth channels.

Strategic Communication & Leadership
  • Influence leadership by articulating risks, opportunities, and growth paths through clear, concise recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing strategies align with merchandising goals and brand identity.

Experience and Background Needed:

  • BS/BA in Marketing
  • 2-4+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail (Marketing or Planning), strategy consulting, or a high-growth analytical environment.
  • 2+ years of specific experience with Search marketing and Google Ads preferred.
  • Feed Management: Experience with product feed tools like Rithum, Feedonomics, or Google Merchant Center is preferred.
  • Analytical Tools: High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools is a major plus.
  • Emerging Tech: A genuine interest in AdTech, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and the evolving AI search landscape.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to drive action in a dynamic organization.
