Job Description
As a key member of the Commercial Finance team, the Financial Analyst, Commercial delivers critical financial analysis, planning, and reporting to support Performance Tapes North America. Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders, the Financial Analyst, Commercial drives performance tracking against strategic goals while utilizing BI tools to automate processes, remove inefficiencies, and elevate analytical capability across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Insights & Profitability: Deliver predictive financial analysis to Sales and Marketing leadership, surfacing actionable insights that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely, accurate monthly reporting for all Commercial activities while maintaining strict SOX compliance and robust internal controls.
AOP & Forecasting Support: Support the Commercial Finance Team and Sales & Marketing by assisting with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation, routine forecasting, business cases, and ad-hoc financial modeling.
BI & Dashboard Optimization: Assist the development and business adoption of Google Data Studio/Looker Studio and interactive sales dashboards to automate and streamline reporting.
Data Leadership: Guide key stakeholders on data governance, metrics selection, and analytical best practices to enable data-driven business decisions.
