Position: IT Sales & Support Engineer / Consultant / Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM or 9 AM - 5:30 PM CST
Type: Full-Time, Hourly

  • Provide technical support and IT consulting for business clients
  • Solve IT challenges through troubleshooting and software solutions
  • Balance support and sales-help clients while identifying their technology needs
  • Work closely with businesses, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Continue expanding your knowledge in a fast-paced, evolving IT environment
