Schedule: Full Year - 12 Month Position
M - F / 7:30am - 4:30pm / 8.0 Hours Daily / 40 Hours Weekly

Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria:
  1. Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Three - Five (3-5) years' secretarial experience preferred.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software and Google applications.
  3. Must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents and community members in a friendly and positive manner.
  4. Exhibit exceptional clerical and organizational skills, ability to accurately keyboard 55 words per minute, and take responsibility for accuracy of completed work.
  5. Must be motivated, with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Must be able to handle highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
