Job description

We're hiring an Affiliate and Influencer Marketing team member to help grow our partner network across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and blogs. You'll manage relationships with affiliates, influencers, bloggers, and coupon or deal sites, and help build social media campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
This role covers the full lifecycle: sourcing new influencers to partner with, contracts, negotiating terms, setting up tracking links and promo codes, and monitoring performance to see what's actually working. Experience with Amazon, Shopify, and ShareASale/Awin is a big plus, but we're open to a strong communicator who's eager to learn the platforms.
Day to day, you'll be expected to be comfortable jumping between Slack, Google Docs, and email, keeping campaigns organized, and following up with your Team lead, influencers, and external partners without letting things fall through the cracks.
