Assistant General Manager Compensation & Benefits

  • Target compensation of $29.50 per hour
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two years of service industry experience and one year in a supervisory or delegating role
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift
  • Availability to work 35–38 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays per shop needs
