WhatYou'llGetToDo:

  • Providesoversight,guidanceand support to team members as directed by Store Manager.

  • Drives results through the proper handing and processing of all donations to meet productionand salesgoals.

  • Utilizes reports and leads team members byassistingwith training,coachingand developing skillstoachieve results.

  • Maintains aclean, safe, andorganized workarea.

  • Effectively and efficiently manages a broad range of retail activities, including scheduling and opening/closing procedures, while ensuring completion of the leader checklist.

  • Supports GoodwillNCW'smission through employment and training of people withdifferent abilities.

  • Supports recruitment by interviewing and selecting candidates aligned with the organization's mission and values and ensures successful onboarding for all team members in partnership with Store Manager.

  • Other duties as assigned.

WhatWe NeedFromYou:

  • High School diploma or equivalentpreferred.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skillsandthe ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.

  • Excellent communication, customerserviceand attention to detail.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • At least a basic level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint,SharePointand Outlook.

  • Experience with reporting and dashboard tools.

  • Ability tomaintainconfidentiality.

  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel to other locations isrequired.

  • Ability toworka flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular andtimelyattendancein accordance withthe assigned work schedule.
