WhatYou'llGetToDo:

  • Providesindividualized coaching and training to participants with diverse abilities across various settings, focusing on both job-specific and soft skills to meet employment standards.

  • Collaborateswith Case Manager and/or Career Navigator toidentifyparticipants' strengths,unique needs,interests, and areas for growth todeterminethe most effective training methods,whileutilizingperson centered approaches.

  • Collaboratesand communicateswith supervisors, team leaders, work site contacts, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure instructional support aligns with each participant's requirements.

  • Monitorsanddocumentsparticipant performance and behavior, ensuring all required records, including case notes, are completed accurately and within establishedtimeframes.

  • Orientsparticipants at new training sites. Ensure participantscomply withsite policies and safety guidelines.

  • Participatesin accrediting, licensing, and funding audit meetings asrequired.

  • Other duties as assigned.
