WhatYou'llGetToDo:
Collaborateswith Case Manager and/or Career Navigator toidentifyparticipants' strengths,unique needs,interests, and areas for growth todeterminethe most effective training methods,whileutilizingperson centered approaches.
Collaboratesand communicateswith supervisors, team leaders, work site contacts, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure instructional support aligns with each participant's requirements.
Monitorsanddocumentsparticipant performance and behavior, ensuring all required records, including case notes, are completed accurately and within establishedtimeframes.
WhatWe NeedFromYou:
Ability toworka flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular andtimelyattendancein accordance withthe assigned work schedule.
