What are the common responsibilities and team dynamics for a part-time employee at Goodwill?

As a part-time employee at Goodwill, you can expect to handle a variety of tasks such as sorting donations, stocking shelves, assisting customers on the sales floor, and maintaining store cleanliness. Teamwork is essential, as you will regularly collaborate with other staff members and supervisors to ensure store operations run smoothly. Communication skills and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities are important, as your daily responsibilities may shift based on donation volume and customer needs.
