Job description

Looking for steady weekend income? We need reliable exterior cleaning techs to run routes across Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland on Saturdays and Sundays. Great fit if you've got weekday work and want to add solid weekend pay, or you want consistent seasonal hours without a Monday–Friday commitment.
This is real work with real pay — not a fill-in helper job. You'll run your own truck, handle residential and standard commercial jobs, and own your results. On bigger sites like parking garages and shopping centers, you'll work as part of a crew, never alone.
What you'll do

  • Run residential and light commercial routes (most jobs solo)
  • Work on a crew for large jobs — parking garages, shopping centers, multi-building sites
  • Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment
  • Interact directly with customers and represent us well
  • Keep your truck and equipment clean and organized
  • Document jobs with daily photos (our quality system)
Schedule

  • Saturday & Sunday only
  • Hours vary with route volume
  • Main season: March–November
  • Winter weekend work available for top performers
What you need

  • Reliable, can work independently on solo routes
  • Comfortable driving a box truck
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record
  • Good with customers (homeowners and property managers)
  • Basic mechanical sense for simple equipment troubleshooting
  • Able to obtain a DOT medical card
  • Pass a background check
  • Pressure washing experience is a plus, not required — we train
Compensation

  • $23–30/hr+ based on experience, paid weekly
  • Completion bonus for every route finished on schedule
  • Tips from happy customers
What we provide

  • Fully equipped truck (pressure washer, hoses, soap)
  • A crew for the big commercial jobs
  • All fuel and materials
  • Scheduled routes — you're not chasing your own work
  • Full training on our systems and standards
  • Clear path to more hours and higher pay through performance
