The length of these assignments varies and is also dependent on available workload. TEMPORARY FULL-TIME SEASONAL POSITIONS (37.5 HOURS PER WEEK) Position Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions UTILITY WORKER ASSISTANT Requesting Department Location Number of Vacancies Duration Collection & Distribution 15801 Neabsco Rd., Woodbridge, VA 4 Up to six months Collection & Distribution 8410 Virginia Meadows Dr., Manassas, VA 4 Up to six months Water & Wastewater Facilities 4 County Complex Court Woodbridge, VA 4 Up to six months Water Reclamation Operations 1851 Rippon Blvd., Woodbridge, VA 2 Up to six months Position Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions: Ability to operate small equipment such as lawn mowers and weed trimmers

Ability to paint. Ability to work cooperatively with others as well as in a team environment. Assists maintenance crews in the absence of personnel.

Perform other duties as assigned (i.e. wash trucks, clean shops, etc.) Some experience in grounds and building maintenance and/or painting. Possession of a valid Virginia driver's license with a satisfactory driving record according to Prince William Water policy

Prepare and send out fire flow test results. Update GIS database with fire flow report information.

Assist with plan review. Log and scan plans. Assist Utility Inspectors with other duties as assigned.

Must have excellent computer skills, be detail oriented and have good communication skills. Possession of a valid Virginia driver's license with a satisfactory driving record according to Prince William Water policy. Other duties as assigned or required.

Must be at least 18 years old.
