Lab Technician

Location: Creve Coeur, MO (On-site)


About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Lab Technician to support routine analytical testing in a fast-paced, 24/7 production laboratory. This role is critical to supporting quality control, process improvement, and product development efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine laboratory testing following established procedures and protocols

  • Prepare solutions, clean glassware, and manage lab waste

  • Operate and monitor lab instruments (including HPLC when applicable)

  • Record, calculate, and report test results accurately

  • Review data and communicate any issues or discrepancies to the team

  • Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Maintain lab organization, safety, and inventory of supplies

  • Use systems such as LIMS and other lab software for data entry and tracking

  • Support continuous improvement efforts and team productivity


Requirements

  • High school diploma + at least 1 year of lab experience

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic troubleshooting skills with lab equipment


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of laboratory experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • Experience with HPLC and/ instrumentation

  • Familiarity with lab data systems (LIMS or similar)
