This role is for a part time every other weekend schedule
RNs provide care to the residents in the household to help meet their daily needs. This includes medical, physical, and emotional needs that enable them to function at the highest possible level. Professional nurses lead the team that are the residents' closest advocates in the household. The RN provides clinical care and also promotes the residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building, participating in care planning, helping plan and facilitate social activities along with simple daily pleasures, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and ensuring proper documentation.
Required:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of NC
  • Desire to serve senior adults
  • Positive outlook
  • Ability to take initiative and be detailed oriented
  • Working independently and on a team
  • Flexible and able to handle a fast pace
  • Great communication and documentation skills
