Job description

Valley Country Club is now hiring for the opportunity of Part Time Outside Service Attendants. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.

For this position, you must have a general knowledge of the golf game and be able to pass a basic assessment demonstrating your golf knowledge. We do not teach the basics of golf as part of any certification that we offer. However, you are not required to be an expert Golfer to perform well. Outside service team members that perform well may be offered an opportunity to caddie if a position opens up.

Compensation: $15.16 - $20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining the practice facility.
  • Retrieve and clean golf equipment, including clubs and carts.
  • Ensure golf carts are stocked and in good operating condition.
  • Wash, clean, stage, and park golf carts at the end of the day.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist golf shop staff with tasks
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs or execute team lifts with equipment
  • Adhere to all club policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests

  • Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.
