The Good Feet Store seeks empathetic and results-focused Sales Associates - known in our stores as Arch Support Specialists - who are motivated to build a long-term career in sales. Who we Are: Feet First Partners is a franchisee of The Good Feet Store, a 300+ nationwide store franchise.
What You'll Do:

  • Create a professional, engaging, and solution-oriented experience for every client interaction.
  • Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client's lifestyle, concerns, and support needs.
  • Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings.
  • Perform client outreach and follow-up to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Consistently reach sales targets and achieving business-driven key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Engage in company training programs to build strong product knowledge, understand store operations, and achieve performance goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base pay: $20-23/hour plus uncapped commission (expected annual earnings: $60,000-$80,000)
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), vacation, sick, and holiday pay, and employee discounts
  • Paid sales training and certification

We Offer Excellent Retail Hours:9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sundays

Requirements

 Job Specifications:

  • 1-year minimum retail experience: commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience required
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic)
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
  • Weekend availability required (both Saturday and Sunday - our busiest days!)

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 lbs, and using ladders or step stools.
