151 Coffee

Fort Worth, TX

Full-time

Re-posted 24 days ago

Job description

Most jobs pay the bills. This one could change your life.

Level up from just a job to something bigger!

Level up at a company growing as fast as you are.

151 Coffee is a fast, friendly, high-energy drive-thru coffee brand built around speed, positivity, and creating customer experiences that make people want to come back every single day.

And we’re growing FAST.

We currently have 15 locations with plans to scale to 1,000+ locations. That means we’re building our teams RIGHT NOW with people who want to grow their careers with us.

THE STAND MANAGER ROLE

As a Stand Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations, culture, energy, and customer experience of your stand.

This is not a “sit-in-the-office” management role. Almost 100% of your time will be spent working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team:

  • Running shifts, working positions, and coaching baristas
  • Making drinks & serving customers
  • You’ll help manage sales, labor, operations, and store performance, but your REAL job is leading people, building culture, and setting the vibe in the stand!
  • Creating a positive, high-energy environment that customers can feel the second they pull up

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong leadership and team management skills. You can motivate and inspire a team
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in the coffee, food service, or hospitality industry as a manager or assistant manager
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Understanding of operational management, inventory, and compliance with company policies
  • Workweek is typically Wednesday through Sunday. Weekends are some of our busiest (and most fun) shifts. We need our Stand Managers leading the charge!

THE 151 COFFEE LIFE

Our stands are filled with:

High-energy people

Music picked by the team

Real friendships

151 Coffee is not your typical coffee shop. Fun and happiness drive our culture and music drives our speed, that’s why we live by the 151 motto “it’s a good day to have a good day.”
Each of our drive-thru stores serves the best tasting coffee and blended energy drinks faster than anyone. If you’re thirsty and looking for a tasty beverage to buzz your day, drive thru, say hi, and drive with the 151 vibe.
It’s a Good Day to, have a Good Day.
