$16-$18/Hour | Seasonal Position

What You'll Do
  • Set up and break down banquet rooms, event spaces, weddings, and club functions
  • Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and equipment according to event specifications
  • Ensure event spaces are properly prepared and meet Oak Hill standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, hallways, and storage spaces
  • Work closely with Banquet Managers and event teams to support successful events
  • Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and event materials throughout the club
  • Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean and professional environment
  • Support other event-related duties as assigned

  • Banquet, hospitality, event setup, warehouse, moving, facilities, or related experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to take direction and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout a shift
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 100 pounds
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed
