Banquet Setup Associate to help prepare and transform event spaces for weddings, banquets, tournaments, member events, and special functions throughout our beautiful club grounds. $16-$18 per hour

- Schedule based on club events and business needs
- Hourly, non-exempt position

What You'll Do
- Set up and break down banquet rooms, event spaces, weddings, and club functions
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and equipment according to event specifications
- Ensure event spaces are properly prepared and meet Oak Hill standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, hallways, and storage spaces
- Work closely with Banquet Managers and event teams to support successful events
- Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and event materials throughout the club
- Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean and professional environment
- Support other event-related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Banquet, hospitality, event setup, warehouse, moving, facilities, or related experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to take direction and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout a shift
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 100 pounds
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old
