Job Purpose
The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall functionality, safety, and appearance of the venue. This role supports both the technical and general upkeep of the property, ensuring all systems and equipment operate efficiently to provide a safe, enjoyable experience for guests and team members.
Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager or Supervisor
  • Maintain the condition and functionality of entertainment, gaming, and event spaces
  • Conduct minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and general facility systems
  • Inspect and maintain building grounds, lawns, and sprinkler systems
  • Maintain proper inventory levels of tools, supplies, and replacement parts
  • Troubleshoot, install, and repair technology equipment including PCs, servers, printers, and AV systems
  • Assist with software/hardware setup and ensure smooth operation of connected systems
  • Uphold all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with managers, staff, and guests regarding maintenance needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of experience in facilities maintenance, technical repair, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Proficient with computers, software/hardware installations, and general troubleshooting
