Build a kitchen culture from the ground up. At Intown Golf Club (IGC), we are rewriting the script for private social clubs and luxury lifestyle brands. We are currently seeking a talented, organized Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team and foster a culture of service excellence for our highly anticipated new club opening in late summer 2026. If you are a passionate culinary professional looking to escape the standard 80-hour grind and step into a premium, tech-forward kitchen that respects your quality of life, your next chapter starts here.

What You'll Do:

  • Culinary Excellence: Produce high-quality, meticulously designed plates that consistently elevate the member dining experience.

  • Kitchen Leadership: Direct daily back-of-house operations to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently, cleanly, and strictly adheres to our premium quality standards.

  • Team Development: Manage, mentor, and train line crew and prep cooks, fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen environment.
