Birchwood Farms Golf amp; Country Club is currently hiring interested candidates for
Golf Shop Attendants
Are you looking for a summer job?
JOIN OUR TEAM!
Duties Include:
Welcome and greet all members amp; guests upon arrival in a courteous, professional manner
Work closely with the starter/ranger and golf shop to assure a steady, efficient flow of play
Confirm that all players have checked into the golf shop before play
Ensure and assist bag staff bag, when needed, with the driving range and short game setup and stocking
Monitor basic clubs professionally and diplomatically. Emphasis on dress code golf cart position, 2 players per cart, all golfers have a set of clubs, pace of play and any other daily requirements
Confirm that all carts are stocked with 2 towels, sand, pencil and scorecard
Park carts orderly in the staging area prior to all events/scheduled play
Maintain a positive, friendly attitude at all times
Applicants must be willing to work some weekends, be computer literate, and possess strong communication skills. Knowledge of golf is helpful but not required.
