About the Position:

As a Golf Pro Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the overall operations of the Pro Shop. This is a seasonal part-time or full-time position, depending on the demands. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product knowledge, recommendations, and advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and replenish stock as needed to ensure the Pro Shop is well-stocked and organized.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash or credit card payments, and maintain accurate sales records.

  • Organize and display merchandise in an attractive manner to maximize sales and maintain a clean and well-organized Pro Shop environment.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age with reliable transportation.

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a golf resort.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and inventory management.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
