Position Summary
Westhaven Golf Club is seeking friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our Golf Operations team as Part-Time Golf Services Associates. This position plays a critical role in delivering a premier club experience by assisting members and guests with all aspects of golf services including bag handling, practice facility maintenance, cart staging, and club cleaning.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide warm, courteous greetings and exceptional service to all members and guests upon arrival and departure.
Perform bag drop services, including loading/unloading golf bags from vehicles and transporting to/from staging area or bag room.
Set up and maintain practice facility: stock and organize range balls, clean and rotate stations, and maintain overall presentation.
Pick and clean range balls using appropriate equipment (range picker, washer, etc.).
Clean and sanitize golf carts and ensure they are properly staged and charged.
Clean and maintain member and guest golf clubs as needed.
Monitor cleanliness and orderliness of cart barn, bag room, and staging area.
Support golf shop staff and management team with miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver's license.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Able to stand, walk, and be physically active for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
Weekend availability strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be punctual, reliable, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Passion for golf and willingness to learn club operations a plus.
