Seasonal Park Worker II – Golf Pro Shop

Job Summary: Seasonal Golf Pro Shop Park Workers are responsible for the day-to-day operations in the golf pro shop. This position provides customer service, collects fees, and maintains the cleanliness of the clubhouse.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Operate computer Point of Sale program to check in customers, collect fees, and balance the cash register. Answer phone calls.
  • Sweep and vacuum floors, clean bathrooms, and stock beverage coolers and snacks.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:­­­­­­­

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • At least 16 years of age at the time of application.

 

Preferred Qualifications:­­­­­­­

  • Previous Golf Pro Shop experience.

 

NOTE:  This original application is open to permanent residents of the United States. Appointee must establish residency in the state of Wisconsin within six months of start date and maintain such residency during incumbency. In accordance with Section 11, Rule 3 of the Civil Service Rules a non-competitive examination will be held for this position. The non-competitive examination will consist of criteria deemed appropriate by the Director of Human Resources.
