STARTING WAGE$15.15 (Palms)                           
 

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:  21 Years Old

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONValid Driver's License Required.  Valid Driver License and D.M.V. Driving History Printout (no more than 30 days old).

JOB SUMMARY: 

Provide high level friendly customer service within the framework of the established policies and procedures. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services available. Perform a variety of attending duties for customer satisfaction and retention.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience preferred. Must be customer service and team oriented. Ability to safely operate golf carts. Must understand of the game of golf. Must have the ability to multitask. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

  1. Attend to golfing guests needs.
  1. Initial greeting, handling golf clubs, preparing golf carts, and providing range balls, scorecards, towels, tees.
  1. Maintain a clean attractive work area.
  1. Maintain inventories of products essential for customer requirements.
  1. Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.

  • Work cooperatively with all team players to achieve a common goal of superior customer service while demonstrating a willingness to assist others.
  • Convey a positive and professional image to team members and guests.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such record boxes. The work may require specific, but common, physical characteristics and abilities such as above-average agility and dexterity. 

WORK CONDITIONS

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, e.g. working around moving parts, carts, or machines. This is a 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays. Work is performed outside in all weather extremes.
