Job Description: As a valuable member of our Player Services staff, your primary responsibilities are ensuring all areas of our outside golf operation are successful. That daily success plays a vital role in how we operate and ensure a World Class golfing experience here at Skokie Country Club.
This is a seasonal part-time position that goes from now through November 1, 2026
Reports To: Director of Golf / Player Services Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Properly set-up all practice facilities on a daily basis
• Ensuring those facilities are fully stocked and well maintained throughout the day
• Correctly staging, cleaning, and putting away golf carts daily
• Utilizing daily tee sheets to correctly stage golf bags for players prior to their arrival
• Maintaining an organized and clean bag room which includes but is not limited to properly storing bags in correct bag storage spots and cleaning clubs before storing
• Communicating with departing players whether golf clubs are going to be stored or will be required to be transported to the bag drop
• Enthusiastically greeting each Member and guest upon arrival
Qualificaitons:
• High School diploma preferred
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (5-8 hours)
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
• Adhere to appearance standards as outlined in the employee manual
• Friendly and outgoing personality
Compensation (non-tipping): Position starts at $16/hr with opportunities for additional income including caddying.
Availability: All shifts available, will work with your schedule
