Club Location:
Clear Creek Golf Course - Houston, TX
Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. We are an inclusive team of unique individuals who show up each day with a grateful spirit, humble heart, and a genuine respect for one another.
The Player Assistant or Marshal is responsible for the pace of play, and to keep groups from falling out of position to ensure the pace is kept at the best speed for the rest of the players on the course.
Core Responsibilities:
• Patrol golf course, keeping the pace of play up and responding to golfers' question or concerns
• Coordinate golf course activities with golf shop and outside services: maintain an inventory of scorecards, pencils, tees, divot repair tools, and ball markers
• Recognize and resolve player concerns, while maintaining an elevated golfing experience with proper course etiquette to help ensure a pleasant visit for each guest.
Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong willingness to learn
