About the Position:


The Outside Operations Golf Attendant at Mount Vernon Country Club plays an integral role in all facets of the golf operation. Reporting directly to the Head Golf Professional and First Assistant Golf Professional, this position works closely with the professional staff to deliver an exceptional member and guest experience through daily operations, tournaments, instruction, and special events.

The Golf Bag Staff/Outside Operations Attendant's primary responsibility is to serve our members and guests with the highest regard for customer satisfaction and service. Areas of responsibility include: Greeting customers, managing the daily tee sheet, and servicing the cart fleet, bag room, and driving range.

In addition to supporting the day-to-day golf operation, this position provides opportunities to gain experience in:

  • Tournament administration and operations
  • Club repair and maintenance
  • Starting and monitoring daily play
  • Coordinating and supporting golf outings and member events
