Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Intern, Premium Services, to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of the Guest experience for our Guest Services team, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.
Your Role on the Team:
  • Assist Premium Leadership Team with Premium areas set up and event related tasks.
  • Assist with VIP escorts and preparations prior and during events
  • Assist with Premium Services college program
  • Assist Premium Leadership with RaRa room restaurant event coverage
  • Assist with Organizing, and tracking One Fan At A Time Program inventory for Premium Areas
  • Assist with daily event Premium Clubs Access wristband organization, set up and distribution
  • Support feedback tracking and Formstack submissions by Guests
  • Assist and communicates with Team Members on uniforms inquiries, ID badges, name tags, schedules, and parking
  • Supports Leadership with PT Engagement initiatives
  • Supports Leadership with Premium Hosts PT Team Members training classes
  • Update and maintain Team Member Breakroom Slides and internal communication materials
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software
  • Customer service or hospitality experience required
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events as needed
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Experience/ Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current Student in Junior or Senior year or no more than 1 year removed from graduation
  • Comfortable interacting with guests, team members, and leadership in a professional manner
