The Pinery Country Club - Parker, CO

As a tennis shop attendant your primary responsibility is to deliver friendly and welcoming service to members and guests. You will also manage check-ins for courts and assist members and guests with inquiries they might have.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that members and guests check in when using the tennis facility and address all members by name

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism which includes wearing proper attire and name tag

  • Notify the tennis director or head pro of any member or guest complaints at the time they occur

  • Answer telephone promptly and courteously and direct calls to the appropriate area

  • Understand and use the tennis court reservation system and the point-of-sale system.

  • Charge members and guests for purchases made in the tennis shop

  • Perform close of business functions at the end of the day

  • Assist the tennis pros or director with any tasks that are requested

  • Ensure that the ball machine is properly stored at the end of each day

  • Ensure that the pro shop and tennis lounge areas are clean and organized, ie straighten and arrange displaced chairs/tables, dispose of any debris on tables or floor, turn on and off the TVs in pro shop and lounge.

  • Lock the tennis shop and tennis building after clocking out at the end of the day

Qualifications

  • Must be able to interact positively and professionally with members and guests

  • Exhibit good verbal skills and proper grammar

Pay Range: $15.16 - $26.00
