Summary:
Bounty Club is seeking professional, dependable, and service-driven individuals to join our Outside Golf Staff team at our premier private golf facility located just 6 miles from downtown Nashville. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in presentation, and delivers exceptional member service in a high-end club environment
Job Specific Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival
  • Manage golf bag drop and cart staging
  • Clean and detail golf carts to club standards
  • Assist with practice facility setup and breakdown
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bag storage areas
  • Provide attentive, professional service at all times

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 65 pounds consistently
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
