Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering outstanding dining experiences across all our venues. In this vital leadership role, you will oversee food operations, ensure exceptional food quality, maintain high standards of safety and sanitation, and inspire your team to achieve excellence. Your expertise in fine dining, catering, and food management will drive innovation and uphold our reputation for culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the culinary team in preparing high-quality dishes that meet the club’s standards for presentation and taste
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production, food safety sanitizing procedures, and inventory control
  • Develop innovative menus tailored to diverse dining settings such as fine dining, banquets, and catering events
  • Manage shift schedules, supervise staff performance, and foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and mentorship
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain rigorous food safety standards across all culinary activities
  • Control costs through effective inventory management, portion control, and waste reduction strategies
  • Collaborate with management to plan special events and oversee catering operations to deliver memorable guest experiences

Requirements

  • Proven experience in banquet service, fine dining establishments, or luxury hospitality settings with a strong background in culinary arts
  • Demonstrated supervising experience managing kitchen staff and leading culinary teams effectively
  • Extensive knowledge of food production, food handling, and food safety sanitizing procedures
  • Strong background in menu planning, food service management, and inventory control within the food industry
  • Experience with catering events, restaurant management, shift management, and kitchen operations
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Familiarity with dietary department requirements and the ability to adapt menus for special dietary needs
  • Culinary  Servsafe managers certification or equivalent professional training preferred
