(No Phone Calls Please) Property Overview Thornberry Creek at Oneida is the official course of the Green Bay Packers and one of Wisconsin's premier golf destinations. Located in Green Bay, WI, the property features two stunning courses: the Championship 18-hole course and the scenic 9-hole Iroquois course.

Known for its exceptional playing conditions and welcoming atmosphere, Thornberry Creek offers a top-tier golf experience for players of all skill levels. Managed by KemperSports, the property is committed to outstanding customer service and a well-maintained course environment. Position Summary Thornberry Creek at Oneida is seeking a friendly and professional Golf Course Ranger/Marshal to ensure an enjoyable and smooth-paced round of golf for all players.

This role is responsible for monitoring pace of play, enforcing course policies, and providing excellent guest service while maintaining the integrity of the golf experience. The ideal candidate is personable, knowledgeable about golf, and enjoys interacting with players to enhance their experience. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain an appropriate pace of play, addressing slow groups in a professional and courteous manner.

Ensure golfers are adhering to course policies, etiquette, and safety guidelines. Assist with player inquiries, directions, and general customer service needs. Communicate with the golf shop and other staff to relay course conditions, pace of play updates, and any player concerns.

Provide assistance in locating lost golf balls, reporting course issues, and offering friendly guidance. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf course, including checking for trash and ensuring tee markers and signage are in place. Assist with tournaments, outings, and special events by helping with player coordination and logistics.

Enforce golf cart rules and assist in ensuring carts are returned in good condition. Serve as a positive ambassador for Thornberry Creek at Oneida by creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all golfers. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and pace of play guidelines required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain professional, calm, and friendly when addressing players regarding course policies. Must be able to work independently and make sound decisions on the course.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be able to drive a golf cart and have a valid driver's license. Previous experience in golf course operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
