We are seeking a reliable and motivated AM Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is organized, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to preparing high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Schedule

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook breakfast and/or lunch menu items according to recipes and standards 
  • Complete daily prep work including chopping, portioning, stocking, and labeling 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations 
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines 
  • Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met 
  • Assist with inventory and restocking supplies 
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff 
  • Open kitchen and prepare stations for service 
Qualifications
  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred

Our beautiful, 105 acre property features an 18-hole golf course, driving range, 11 tennis courts, two pickleball courts, fitness center, casual restaurant, aquatics complex and full-service clubhouse that includes two dining rooms, five event spaces, lounges/locker rooms for ladies and gentlemen.

We value continuing education, cross-training and promoting from within. 

Our team enjoys two complimentary meals (lunch and dinner) Tuesday through Saturday and lunch on Sundays, as well as two team appreciation socials each year (summer and holiday) and holiday bonuses.
