As the Grand Experiences Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you’ll serve as a liaison between the Grand Experiences Manager and the Activities Representative & Coordinator, Concierge, and Geneva Club Teams by observing and stepping in when necessary to provide consistently high-quality experiences to our guests.

What will you be doing?

·       Oversee and ensure the quality of programming.

·       Developing new programming and the implementation of such.

·       Assisting the Grand Experiences Manager in maintaining the daily responsibilities sheets and weekly schedules, to include Geneva Club Administrative duties.

·       Assist in purchasing through Birchstreet.

·       Reserving, billing, creating and modifying classes in SMS Host.

·       Supervise Coordinators to insure daily tasks are completed.

·       Supervise Activities Representatives to insure daily tasks are completed.

·       Ensure all food and beverage standards are being followed

·       Act as Liaison between Culinary staff and Geneva Club Butlers.

·       Be aware of scheduling needs and make adjustments as needed on a daily basis.

·       Special projects as assigned

What do you bring to the role?

·       Two- or Four-year college degree preferred

·       High school diploma or equivalent required.

·       Previous experiences in event planning, catering or recreation preferred.

·       Previous Supervisory Experience preferred.

·       High energy and positive attitude.

·       Strong organizational skills.

·       Highly creative, self-starter.

·       Able to work a varied schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.

·       Able to stand for long periods of time.
