Provider's Role:
  • Family Medicine Physician
  • Well-established Primary Care practice at one of our rural practice locations in Florence, South Carolina.
  • This opportunity offers a large outpatient practice in a great location with growth potential.
  • Outpatient community primary care medicine - Sick Visits, Medication Management, Chronic Disease Medicine, etc..
  • Schedule: 4.5 days per week
  • 1:3 flexible call
  • Hours: Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm. (1/2 day on Fridays)
