JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!
The golf staff position assists in the day to day running of golf courses and amenities. They will ensure that the needs of members and non-members are met by delivering excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!
  • Open & Close Pro Shop.
  • Operate Computer System.
  • Responsible for completing all sales including multi-play card sales.
  • Responsible for Tee Time Reservations & Log.
  • Issue an invoice to each walker, riding player & twosomes as required.
  • Count Bank & complete Daily Balance Sheet, CC Report, Review & Closing Report.
  • Responsible for assisting members and non-members with loading golf clubs into carts.
  • Checking out golf carts to members.
  • Ensuring the golf carts are returned in good working condition.
  • Refer all major problems/complaints to a manager and/or assistant manager.
  • Maintain order and continuity of player traffic.
  • Keep the outside area uncontested, neat, and clean. Do not allow carts to clog passage area, arrange them neatly after having been used.
  • Follow procedures in management of the cart.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • The Golf Staff position has no supervisory responsibilities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous golf course experience.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Occasional travel may be required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our Nest is your Nest!
  • Some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend as necessary. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and lift.
  • This job requires the employee to lift at least 25 pounds frequently.
  • This job operates in an outdoor setting on a golf course. Employees will spend most of their day outdoors in varying weather conditions.
