About Us: Jersey Meadow Golf Course in the City of Jersey Village offers a premier golfing experience located just a few miles away from Houston, Texas We're committed to excellence in every aspect, from our fairways to our customer service.

Position Overview: We're seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. You'll assist in course management, coordinate events, provide instruction, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Pro Shop part-time staff and cart attendants.
  • Track sales and manage daily operations.
  • Coordinate tournaments and events.
  • Communicate with course maintenance.
  • Golf instruction including: Individual, Group, camps and schools, Club Demo days, and club fitting.
  • Responsible for the administration of the USGA GHIN Handicap system.
  • Process transactions and assist with personnel management.
  • Promote community events in coordination with local authorities.
  • Assist in all aspects of the Pro Shop Merchandising and Special Orders, assist with Accounts Payable

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License.
  • Minimum one year of golf professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of golf rules and procedures.
  • Physical ability to perform required tasks.
