Location: Green Bay, WI 

This is a part-time position. Shifts will vary between 8am and 9pm on weekdays & weekends.

Our Kohler Waters Spa team at LODGE KOHLER offers more than50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth's mineral-richwaters. Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guestsrenew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  •            Meeting and greeting guests with professionalism 
  •       Cleanliness standards of all areas within the spa including treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas 
  •       Using proper verbiage at all times 
  •       Upholding and maintain set uniform and grooming standards 
  •       Knowledge of spa services and amenities 
  •       Knowledge of emergency procedures 
  •       Providing the highest level of technical service and adherence to SOP's 
  •       Meeting agreed upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at home care (Sales goals set depending on department and retail to service percentage )
  •       Maintain continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin requirements 
  •       Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co. 
  •       Perform special event treatments which can be held at various locations such as golf courses, Riverbend, Sports Core, TAC, etc. This would also include special events being hosted at the spa such as Spaliday. These services would be secondary to the position's primary function.
