Greenskeeper Thornberry Creek at Oneida - Green Bay, WI Property Overview Thornberry Creek at Oneida is the official course of the Green Bay Packers and one of Wisconsin's premier golf destinations. Located in Green Bay, WI, the property features two beautiful courses: the Championship 18-hole course and the scenic 9-hole Iroquois course. Known for its exceptional course conditions, welcoming atmosphere, and commitment to excellence, Thornberry Creek provides an outstanding golf experience for players of all skill levels.

Managed by KemperSports, the property emphasizes superior service and top-tier course maintenance. Position Summary Thornberry Creek at Oneida is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Greenskeeper to join our Grounds Crew. This role is essential in maintaining the golf course's pristine playing conditions by performing daily turf care and landscaping tasks.

The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is eager to contribute to the upkeep of a premier golf facility. Key Responsibilities Perform daily golf course maintenance. Rake bunkers, trim edges, and complete other detail-oriented landscaping tasks.

Assist with irrigation system maintenance and hand-watering as needed. Apply fertilizers, topdressing, and seed to maintain healthy turf conditions. Operate a variety of golf course maintenance equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Monitor and report course conditions, including turf health, pests, and weather-related issues. Assist with special projects, such as aeration, sodding, and tree maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment storage areas.

Qualifications & Skills Previous golf course maintenance or landscaping experience preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn golf course maintenance techniques and turf care best practices. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
