Job Description

Coordinate and develop all Mauna Lani Golf instructional programs and year-round activities.
Provide elite personal instruction, club fitting and mentor other coaching staff.
Build strong relationships with members and support the golf operations team.
Serve as a Mauna Lani Golf Brand ambassador across all departments.
Manage instructional equipment procurement and maintenance within budget.
Assist in development of marketing materials and content for instruction programs.
Work with Auberge Sales and Marketing to produce collateral and social media elements as needed.
Oversee daily billing and financial reconciliations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BA); or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
Member in good standing of the PGA of America or LPGA of America.
Experience as a Director of Instruction in a Four or Five Star / Diamond Resort is preferred.
Experience with a diversity of golf course operations such as resort, private and/or semi-private.
Must be driven, professional, and have excellent communication skills.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated skills.
A demonstrated passion for high levels of guest services, and exceeding expectations.
Great computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office, tee time reservations, and POS.
