Job description

Company Description
The Opportunity
We are at an inflection point. SimGate 2, our AI-native Talent Readiness platform, is nearing market release. Built on 25 years of simulation methodology and a proven enterprise client base, the foundation is set. Now we need the sales talent to scale it into a category-defining enterprise platform.
This is not a "sell more seats" role. You will be selling a new category: behavioral simulation that develops and validates higher-order skills to help people succeed in a rapidly evolving AI workplace. Judgment, systems thinking, critical reasoning, and self-awareness are the types of skills simulations are tuned to develop, and the data they capture answer the biggest growing need of business leaders - evidence of readiness.
We are a company with 25 years of simulation methodology, established relationships with some of the world's largest organizations, and a product that will set the new standard in learning and development. The person who joins now helps define what this company becomes.
Job Description
What You'll Own
  • Full enterprise sales cycle. You own new logo growth, focusing on the global Fortune 1000, from outbound prospecting through close.
  • Pipeline development. We have deep relationships and industry-leading thought leadership; leveraging this requires hustle and relentless pursuit.
  • Strategic discovery. You lead conversations with CLOs, Heads of Learning, L&D leaders, and HR executives to uncover where an organization is exposed on talent readiness.
  • Category selling. You introduce buyers to a new way of thinking about learning design, development, and most importantly, measurement. This takes education, patience, and conviction.
  • Demo and proposal ownership. You deliver compelling demonstrations of SimGate's new AI platform and write proposals that connect learning investment to business results.
  • Multi-stakeholder navigation. Enterprise buying groups span Learning, HR, Finance, and business unit sponsors. You build a coalition, not just a champion.
  • Pipeline discipline. Clean data, accurate forecasts, and consistent deal progression in HubSpot are table stakes.
  • Voice of customer. You share what you hear in the field with Product and Marketing. Your feedback shapes how we evolve the platform.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably with SaaS-based software.
  • Deep experience in the corporate learning space, with your own rolodex of executive contacts.
  • Proven new logo track record. You have consistently closed complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles. You know how to build pipeline from scratch.
  • AI tools. Please don't tell us you've used ChatGPT. We want to know you have solved important needs and challenges in sales using AI.
  • Category creation experience is a plus. If you have ever had to change how a buyer thinks before you can make the sale, you know what this job requires.
  • Consultative by nature. You listen before you pitch. You build trust through thoughtfulness and expertise, not pressure.
  • Comfortable in a startup. We are scrappy, fast-moving, and high-ownership. You will have real autonomy. The people who thrive here do not wait for someone to hand them a playbook.

Additional Information
What We Offer
  • Base salary $110K-130K with an OTE of $220K-$260K.
  • Equity. We want the people who build this company to own a piece of it.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision.
  • Remote, flexible work. We are headquartered in Golden, CO, but operate as a distributed team.
  • A product worth believing in. 1.2M+ learners across six continents, 50+ industry awards, and a platform that is ahead of where the market is heading.

Why Now
The corporate learning market is being repriced. Traditional training platforms are becoming commodities as content creation gets cheaper. The organizations that hold value will be the ones that can answer two questions most have avoided: How do we develop new skills faster, and who is actually ready to perform in their roles?
We have the client base, the methodology, the product, and the timing. We need the sales talent to turn this moment into something bigger.
If that sounds like a challenge worth owning, and owning a piece of, let's talk.
To Apply:
Goldstone Partners is helping this highly successful company find talented professionals who want to contribute to the development of world-class learning. Applications welcome for those who are US Citizens or hold a Green Card. Principals only, please.
