You are an experienced tax planning and preparation professional with a proven track record of building trusted client relationships and delivering valuable education to pre-retirees, retirees, and high-net-worth households. How you’ll spend your days

  • Supporting advisors through tax planning engagements and expanding services with existing clients
  • Preparing and filing personal income tax returns for affluent and high-net-worth clients
  • Structuring Roth Conversions and other tax-efficient strategies for clients with $500,000 to $10,000,000 in investable assets
  • Delivering personalized tax planning and advisory services—building trusted, long-term relationships with clients
  • Developing educational content and curriculum that advisors use to engage and attract prospective clients
  • Collaborating closely with advisors and planning teams to integrate tax strategies into comprehensive client proposals and support closing engagements
  • Identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships through strategic tax guidance
  • Managing your client workflow and delivering clear reporting on key performance metrics using Salesforce
  • Contributing to a high-performing team with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong personal accountability
Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • 5+ years of experience in tax planning, preparation, and advisory for affluent households - family office experience a plus
  • Expertise structuring Roth Conversions and other tax-efficient strategies for clients with $500,000 to $10,000,000 in investable assets
  • Proven ability to create compelling educational content—seminars, classes, webinars, or workshops
  • Strong collaboration skills—comfortable partnering with advisors, planners, marketing, and leadership
  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, confident, and client-focused
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and high personal accountability, with a passion for client outcomes and professional growth
  • Ability to thrive independently while contributing meaningfully to a high-performing team
