Job Description

Join our team as a Room Attendant and create joyful moments for our guests with each and every detail you own in your role. As part of the Stanly Ranch family, we are looking for a detail-driven hospitality professional who has a passion for cleanliness and attention to detail will shine as you meticulously prepare and maintain our guest rooms. Be the silent architect of memorable stays, ensuring that every corner sparkles with comfort and warmth for our valued guests.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their teammates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
  • Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
  • Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The starting range for this position is $21.00. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Qualifications
  • One-year of housekeeping experience 
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
