Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Client requires SNF and AL/IL experience.
  • Experience with documentation and electronic medical record systems relevant to post-acute care preferred.
  • Ability to manage caseloads typical of a 5x8 SNF schedule preferred.
