Job Summary:
As a contract Physical Therapist, you will:
  • Provide 45 minutes of top-notch rehabilitation services to patients in their homes
  • Utilize your expertise to assess patients' physical condition
  • Develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver hands-on therapy
  • Help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of licensed Physical Therapist experience.
  • Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Responsive and timely communication through messaging.
  • Proficient in documentation and ensuring timely completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach.

Requirements:
  • Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license.
