Job Overview
KIDSUNITED is a soccer center for early development. Our unique training method is intended to develop physical, personal, intellectual abilities and social skills of children from 1.5 to 9 years old. KIDSUNITED not only teaches children how to play soccer; it also acts as an early development system, using soccer as the main educational and delivery tool. As a KidsUnited Head Coach, you will have an opportunity to make a positive impact on children during the most important stage of their development years. Not only will you help children develop, but through our ongoing training, you can reach your full coaching potential.

As the Head Coach, you are the strongest coach on our team and the face of the KidsUnited experience. You will work directly alongside the Club Manager as a member of the Leadership Team to grow club membership and ensure every child has an incredible experience. You will lead by example, coaching your own classes each week while mentoring your staff to meet your high standards.

This is not a desk job—we are looking for a top-tier coach who loves being on the field, working with kids, and setting the standard for our entire coaching staff.

Responsibilities

  • Coach multiple classes per week, serving as the model of excellence for our curriculum.
  • Partner with the Club Manager to fulfill operational duties and hit membership growth goals.
  • Recruit and coach a team of highly motivated and energized coaches.
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for results. Quality control to optimize the class experience.
  • Implement high-quality soccer programs using KIDSUNITED corporate materials and assist in curriculum development.
  • Be the face of your club - All staff and families should see you as a leader who fosters the KidsUnited culture in everything they do. Be very friendly and highly engaging.
  • Ensure classes are performed optimally with an energetic and engaging atmosphere.
  • Foster a culture of service, excellence, and enthusiasm—everyone on the team should exude the KidsUnited culture
  • Conduct monthly reviews to ensure every coach on your team is performing at an elite level.
  • Manage all training equipment and ensure strict adherence to health and safety procedures.

Skills

  • Soccer Expertise: Must have played soccer at a minimum of a high school level (College or above a plus).
  • Coaching Experience: Current coaching experience is a plus, but we prioritize leadership potential and soccer IQ.
  • Early childhood education - experience working with children ages 1.5 - 9 years old is a must.
  • Customer-Obsessed Mindset – Creating the KidsUnited experience.
  • Children’s Development – You must have a passion for working with and developing children.
  • Leadership & Team Development – You’re not only coaching children, but also coaching the coaches to excellence.
  • Strong Execution & Problem-Solving Skills – You tackle issues head-on for quick and efficient solving.
